Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean my room was during my stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to unwind and have a good night's sleep. Even though I had an issue with the door lock, it was promptly addressed when I brought it to the attention of the staff. Overall, a very positive experience!

Basic but Satisfying Breakfast

While the breakfast options were basic, I appreciated the inclusion of fresh fruit, toast, and a waffle machine. It was a great way to start my day, although I do think adding more variety would enhance the experience further. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the breakfast during my stay.

Decent Parking Experience

Despite some nearby events causing parking issues, I found the hotel parking to generally be adequate. It does seem like designated parking spots for hotel guests would improve the experience, but overall, it wasn't too difficult to find a spot during my stay.

Pleasant Sleeping Environment

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, we got upgraded to a premium suite after raising cleanliness issues with our original room, which was a nice touch. On the other hand, the room's noise insulation was poor, making for a restless night. The service I received was fantastic, and I appreciated their helpfulness. I did feel that the location was a bit strange, given it was mostly frequented by travelers of a particular nationality, and I often found it lacking in respectability. Overall, I'd say it had its highs and lows.
